Plastic production is a core direction of «Polymer-Electron» plant activity. The basis of industrial capacities of the plant plastic production are automatic machines of injection casting of TOSHIBA (Japan) with clamping force from 50 to 1300 t and up-to-date thermoplastic injection molding machines of KRAUSS MAFFEI (Germany) with robots-manipulators,  which make it possible fully to automatize the process of production.

The plant is also equipped with automated lines of MITSUBISHI (Japan) for painting and drying of plastic and metal articles.

The specialists of the plant have a grate experience in production of plastic articles from a wide spectrum of polymers, both widespread (polyethylene, polypropylene, ABS, PS etc.) and specific ones (polycarbonate, polyamide, glass-filled and reinforced plastics etc.).

Production capacity of «Polymer-Electron» plant makes it possible to produce goods of different complexity level – from the smallest to large-dimension articles of sophisticated configuration, as: TV-sets and monitors cases, stadium and transport seats, elements of electrical equipment and household appliances, shaped parts for 50-400 mm polyethylene tubes (plumbings, gas pipelines, engineering systems) etc.

The main place in a range of the plant products is a production of plastic ecological tare for agricultural enterprises, plants of food and processing industry. In tare production polymeric dyes, which have not harmful additives and are absolutely suitable to the contact with food products, are used.

The plant offers not only the goods of its own production but the manufacture of the articles on demand, including with the use of clients press moulds.
